MyMerchandising allows users (“Clients”) to create custom products using the tools and templates provided on the platform and offers these products for sale through the Website.
Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age or have obtained explicit parental/legal guardian consent.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of the designs and content uploaded to the platform.
Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of the intellectual property rights to their original designs and content uploaded to create custom products.
By uploading content to the platform, Clients grant TopWearWorld a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display the content for purposes related to the sale of custom products.
Prohibited Content
Clients are prohibited from uploading or creating designs that:
Violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.
Contain offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.
Infringe on the rights of others.
The Service reserves the right to remove or reject any content that violates these conditions.
Product Sales
TopWearWorld will handle the production, listing, and sale of custom products based on the designs created by Clients.
Pricing, shipping, and payment terms are determined by us and outlined in separate policies.
Clients will receive compensation for their product sales as outlined in the payment policy.

MyMerchandising offers customers the ability to customize products that are then marketed as TopWearWorld.
By accepting the terms and conditions, the user agrees to market products in collaboration with TopWearWorld
Print on demand
TopWearWorld partners with a trusted third-party provider to fulfill our print-on-demand services. This collaboration enables us to offer high-quality, customized products efficiently and effectively to our customers.
Our print-on-demand partner is responsible for the production, printing, and shipping of the products you order through our platform. While we work closely with this provider to maintain high standards, certain aspects of the process, such as production timelines and quality control, are managed by the third-party company.
Should there be any issues or inquiries related to print-on-demand services, we remain committed to supporting our customers and will work with our partner to address concerns promptly and satisfactorily.
Payments
Subscription
Clients using a non-free plan are required to pay a monthly subscription fee as specified during the signup process.
Subscription fees will be automatically charged on a monthly basis using the payment method provided by the Client.
In case of non-payment, TopWearWorld will provide a grace period of 60 days (two months). During this period:
The Client will receive email reminders regarding overdue payments.
The Service will continue to operate without disruption for the first 30 days.
After 30 days of non-payment, the Service may become limited, and after 60 days, the Service will be fully discontinued until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Fees
Clients will receive earnings for each item sold as per the payout rate selected during product setup (e.g., percentage or fixed fee per item).
Earnings will be calculated monthly and paid to the Client by the 15th day of the following month via the payment method provided.
TopWearWorld will provide detailed monthly statements clearly outlining:
The number of items sold.
The gross revenue generated.
The fees or deductions applied (e.g., service charges, taxes).
The net payout amount to be transferred to the Client.
TopWearWorld is committed to transparency and will ensure that all payment-related details, such as subscription fees, earnings, and deductions, are clearly communicated to the Client.
Clients are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment and contact information.
Disputes and Resolutions
Any disputes related to payments must be reported to TopWearWorld in writing within 30 days of the transaction in question.
The Service will investigate disputes promptly and strive to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe.
TopWearWorld reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms with prior notice to Clients. Changes will become effective no sooner than 30 days after notification.
Contract Termination Policy
Company's Right to Terminate: The Company reserves the right to terminate this contract at its sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice or explanation. Upon termination, the Company will cease providing all services associated with the contract.
Client's Right to Terminate: The Client may terminate this contract by sending an official termination request via email to the Company's designated email address support@mymerch.topwearworld.com . The termination request must include the client's full name, client ID, and a brief statement indicating the intention to terminate the contract.
Effect of Termination:
Upon termination by either party, all obligations between the Client and the Company under this contract shall cease, except for those obligations that are explicitly stated to survive termination.
Any outstanding dues or financial responsibilities incurred prior to termination must be settled by the Client.
